Payment Policy

We offer three convenient payment methods:

Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay upon delivery. The total amount due, including shipping fees (if applicable), is payable directly to the delivery driver. Shipping costs will be calculated and communicated during the website checkout process.

In-Store Payment: Pay with Vietnamese Dong (cash) or bank cards at any ATZ store.

Other Payment Methods: We accept Domestic Cards, Visa, VNPay, Momo e-wallet, and direct bank transfers.

IMPORTANT: For orders exceeding 5,000,000 VND, a 50% deposit is required via bank transfer.

VNPay Payment Guide (via Mobile Banking App):

Log in to your Mobile Banking app. If you don't have one, download your bank's app and log in.
Under the payment section, select the integrated QR Pay feature. (Note: QR Pay is only available in apps from banks partnered with VNPay.)
Scan the VNPay QR code to initiate payment.
Enter the payment amount and confirm the transaction.
