1. Return/Exchange Policy
- Wrong item, missing item, or extra item compared to the confirmed order.
- Product damaged, broken, or scratched during shipping.
- Product has technical defects after use.
- For HOT/COLD PACKS: Within 3 days of purchase, if there are defects in stitching or fabric due to manufacturing, customers can exchange for a new product (excludes damage caused by the customer, such as tears or burns).
2. Cases Where Returns/Exchanges Are Not Applicable
- Gift products, products purchased during sales or promotions.
- Products exceeding the return/exchange period (15 days).
- Products with broken seals or that have been used.
- Products damaged due to customer error.
- Products not purchased from ATZ Life.
3. Refund Methods
a. Return at ATZ Branch:
- Cash payments: Cash refund.
- Card payments: Bank transfer within 3-5 days (excluding holidays and weekends).
- VNPay payments: Refund via VNPay within 3-8 days (domestic cards) or credit towards the next purchase.
b. Home Return:
- For delivered and paid orders, ATZ will issue a bank transfer after receiving the returned product.
- For online payments, ATZ will refund the original payment method.
- For incorrect transfers, customers must submit a request to info@atzlife.com.vn for accounting to process the refund.
4. Warranty
- 12-month warranty for Essential Oil Diffusers.
- For issues during the warranty period, customers can visit the nearest store or contact customer service for inspection and repair.
