Order Processing
After order confirmation, ATZ staff will prepare your order for shipment and hand it over to the shipping provider.
Within Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, ATZ delivery staff will deliver your order within 48 working hours, barring unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.
Shipping Fees
- Ho Chi Minh City (inner districts): 30,000 VND
- Ho Chi Minh City (outer districts - Nha Be, Hoc Mon): 35,000 VND
- Same-day delivery: Applicable to areas with ATZ Organic stores (Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang). Payment can be made via direct bank transfer or cash on delivery. Same-day delivery is fulfilled through delivery apps like Grab, Express, Ahamove. Shipping costs are based on the app's pricing.
- Urgent delivery requests: Customers pay the shipping provider's fee (Grab, GHTK).
Delivery Time
- Ho Chi Minh City (inner districts): 1-2 days (from order confirmation)
- Hanoi, Da Nang, and other provinces: 3-7 days (from order confirmation)
Responsibilities Regarding Documentation During Delivery
- Supplier:
- Provide documentation: The supplier is responsible for providing complete and accurate documentation, including:
- Invoice (if applicable)
- Certificates of origin, quality, or other permits (for products requiring certification)
- Detailed product information (including product code, quantity, weight, and special packaging requirements)
- Guarantee authenticity: All information must be accurate, truthful, and legally compliant. The supplier is legally responsible for the provided documents.
- Partner with reliable shipping providers: Ensure fast and safe delivery.
- Track and update order status for customers.
- Logistics Provider:
- Verify and store documentation: The logistics provider is responsible for storing and safeguarding documentation throughout the shipping process.
- Provide documentation to customers upon request: The logistics provider will coordinate with ATZ and the supplier to provide documentation to customers, ensuring transparency and authenticity.
- Assist with complaint resolution: The logistics provider will work with ATZ and the supplier to investigate, resolve, and provide timely information to customers regarding documentation or product issues.
- Responsibilities in Case of Lost Documentation:
- The logistics provider must immediately notify ATZ and the supplier if documentation is lost, to find alternative solutions.
- If documentation cannot be recovered, the supplier and ATZ will cooperate to resolve the issue and bear responsibility according to regulations and signed contracts.
Order Cancellation
Your order will be canceled if, after three attempts, the delivery staff or customer service is unable to contact you.
If you refuse delivery after receiving the order, you are responsible for paying the shipping fee directly to the delivery person.
